Customers who purchase WHITESPA product for personal, family, and commercial use can rely
upon our guarantee which covers all manufacture imperfection. However, we do not take
responsibility for damages, defects or failures caused by delivery accident, misuse, fire and act of God. Also, we cannot give guarantee when customers deliberately change or modify the products for their own and when they do not follow the instructions.
We provide warranty exclusively for the customers with registered cards.
The materials of the tub and manufacture faults have a two-year guarantee. Motors and pumps for 5 years and parts such as jets for 5 years for parts only. If faulty parts are found they will be repaired
or replaced free of charge. We have the exclusive right to give a guarantee on our products and
we are not responsible for any dealers, wholesalers, retailers, or contractors unless they have official delegation from us.
Warranty coverage begins on the date the unit was originally purchased by the user.
Our warranty includes repair or replacement of faulty parts and excludes labor costs, delivery costs, removal costs and re-installment costs. Also, faults incurred by water, damage of circulation system, removal and re-installment due to the change in real estate are excluded. Especially for whirlpool products, we do not give a guarantee on return products because of color change in special metal materials. Cautions stated in the literature should be exercised at all times;
otherwise warranty will not be effective.
